Are there any accounting entries that are created when loyalty points are earned and/or expired?
What is your expected result? Please share more details about this issue?
I would like to see what accounting entries occur when loyalty points are earned/redeemed by customers. I would like to be able to view where loyalty points are accrued as they are earned, and when they expire, where they are written off.
Maybe you check the form "Loyalty card":
And also form "Card transactions":

Thank you for you answer, but this is not really what the client is looking for. Are there any other locations where the earning and expiration of loyalty points can be viewed?

By my understand, there are no other UI or report will show this info. Maybe you need do customization for it.
