I'm trying to setup items with serial numbers and sell them in the POS, I've done every setup that I can and I'm sure I'm still missing something.
The issue that I'm facing is that when I sell a serialized item the POS ask me to enter the Serial number for the item, and what ever I enter the system takes it even if the serial that I've entered is not from the On-hand in the Headquarter "111222333" for example, and when I'm done of POS posting "Transactions and Financial Statements" the sales order comes to the Headquarter and a new line is created on the "On-hand screen" of the item with the entered serial number "111222333" with Negative "-1 Qty", the Warehouse that is connected to the store that I'm selling on don't have the Negative physical inventory checkbox on "I've cleared it", Anyone knows what I'm missing here??

This should be by-design, when you sell a product with serial number which is not in headquarter, there will be inventory transaction with negative quantity.
I'm sure there is some sitting somewhere to prevent this scenario, because it's written in this article but I've done every thing in this and I still facing the same problem.
Can you let us know what version you are using (ie. 10.0.17)?
In reviewing the referenced document, the below section discusses features that were introduced in 10.0.17:
We have downloaded version 10.0.18 to get this feature and we enabled it, but no new effects are added, we still have the same issue.

Also, were the below jobs run?
as you asked you can see my setup here,
and the jobs I run is, "product availability with tracking dimensions" PATH: Retail and commerce > Retail and commerce IT > Products and inventory
The second job is "Product availability" you can run it from the same path above or from the "Distribution schedule" job No. 1130.
