We have a group of product, and we want to configure a discount (triggered by a coupon) to apply 50% discount with following condition:
I can't think of a way to solve this. Does any know how to configure discount to achieve this?
You can configure in a normal discount. Mark coupon code required as "Yes". In the lines select the category (Group of products) and give a quantity limit to 1.
In this way, if the customer selects multiple products within an eligible group customer will get a discount only on one quantity and the rest will be priced without discount
Hi Bharath, thanks but scenario is that discount should be applied to only 1 unit across the entire group and not 1 unit per product. Simple discount enforces quantity limit for each item included in the discount. Therefore, if a customer buy multiple eligible products, discount will be applied to 1 unit of each product.
Do you know if there is a way to enforce quantity limit at header (overall transaction) instead of each line?
Are the products that your grouping from different categories?? if it is in the same category you can select a category in the line and limit the quantity to 1.
