When a Portal Profile Web form (Contact Form) is edited when ever users trys to save/update their profile in the portal an error message (my error below) pops up.
I have been able to recreate this in my Dev environment and my Demo (Trial) environment.
I m on Dynamics 365 Online
any body come up with this or is there a workaround?
I recently provisioned a new Dynamics 365 trial and Portal Add-on and it worked for me without an issue. You could try a trial in another region to see if the issue is across all regions. I did notice few people having this issue.
Best thing to do is to create a support ticket with Microsoft to have look at it. Unfortunately, without tracing capability it's difficult to troubleshoot this.
