I had a curiosity regarding CafeX Live Assist being integrated into Microsoft Dynamics 365. I looked for articles on the web but couldn't find any.

Microsoft recently announced its Dynamics 365 Virtual Agent for Customer Service. It looks like a more than capable replacement to CafeX.

Does anyone have any idea if Microsoft will completely discontinue CafeX Live Assist and go with its own Virtual Agent? Are there any official announcements regarding this? I would love to know.
