In the Customer Service App under cases there is a work flow to convert a Case to a Work Order.
How can this be added to the Customer Service Hub
If you have installed Field Service app, you will be able to find a button "Convert to Work Order" on the case form in HUB.
BTW, you need to choose an account record in the "Customer" lookup field so that the workflow will work.
Hope it helps.
Thank you Leo,
You say 'If you have installed Field Service app'. Alternatively, do you mean the Field Service Hub as per community.dynamics.com/.../how-to-enable-unified-interface-apps-of-field-service-and-project-service-automation?
I have the app installed but under "Customer Service Hub" / Cases / Convert To I can only see "To Knowledge Article" and not "To Work Order"
If I use the "Customer Service" app / Cases then under the … I have the option to "Convert to Work Order"
I am encouraging my users to utilise the Hubs rather than the Apps as the performance is so much better so it would be ideal to have this particular work flow available in the Hub
