You should check out new Task Management solution for Dynamics 365. It contains of 3 custom dashboards:1. My Tasks2. Tasks by User3. Tasks by Project (this one can be modified according to your business need, for example Tasks by Cases).
Dashboards are easy-to-use and allow you to manage all your tasks in one place, regarding to the specific Dynamics 365 record and to track progress on the Case development. You can also monitor the due dates and tasks priorities or break tasks down into sub-tasks.
