I have enabled the Self Service setting on Omnichannel Admin Center, however the option is not showing in the Omnichannel Customer Service page when a customer calls the agent.
I am unable to use the feature Page visited | Phrase searched | Knowledge article viewed, hence need your assistance for the same.
