One of the users is not seeing the Dynamics 365 Icon in outlook, neither does it appear in OWA or under Manage add-in option.
1. user is active in CRM with correct role to add Dynamics 365 app for outlook
2. user's mailbox is test enabled and server-side sync configured for emails and ACT
3. user is displayed under available users grid and the message reads 'Added for outlook'
4. user is using office 365 version
5. user waiting for couple of hours and restarted outlook multiple times
I have gone through few links and validated that user has reading pane enabled in her outlook. Any idea why Dynamics 365 icon is not visible under the Menu. It does not appear in web as well as Dynamics CRM add-on is not listed under Manage add-in option in outlook.

I saw one similar issue with you in the escalation ticket that App for outlook disappear even though uses has completed all process.
I suggest to to re-add app to outlook manually for affected users and check in OWA first if the app appears
Pls respond if the issue still exist. I would strike with App team on mentioned escalation ticket for the issue. Thanks.
Sorry for the delay in response. The user tried to manually add the app and waited for 30 min, restarted the outlook and still DIDN'T see the dynamics app. Could you follow up as you mentioned with the App team. I am also internally checking with the IT team if the user has any issue with installing apps.
