By default survey response entity having a relationship(Lookup field) with contact and account entity
As per our requirement, I have created a custom entity(commissioning details) and create a relationship with the survey response, then added that field in the survey response form. Now after response submitted still I did not receive a response in CRM.
How much time it will take can anyone help? Or what I did wrong plz help.
Ideally, survey responses should be recorded in CRM within few minutes and if you don’t see survey response for more than few hours then you would need check below points.
