I have users with licenses in the Office portal,102 users, but in the CRM in the Security>Users it's showing 209 users. In what way couldIi automate this so that the Users disappear or get disabled in Dynamics CRM automatically when the license gets removed? I cannot find the disable button when trying to select a user,
Any input on how to fix this?

On the Tenant you have currently 102 users with CRM licenses however when you access security Users enable view on the instance you see 209 enabled users right?
this can be due to Viral licenses like flow that enabled the users in the environment,
