I have noticed an issue with the emails (forwarded) where the subject begins with FW: that they are not being visible in CRM. They show as a 'tracked in Dynamics' in Outlook however they are not visible in the system.
Can anyone help?
It’s impossible. All emails have been tracked will appear in the CRM.
As you mentioned, “They show as a 'tracked in Dynamics' in Outlook”, which likes following screenshot?
Now, i can see it in the 'All Activities' view.
So which view you has selected, maybe the view you select has filtered it.
