I created a territory as " West Malaysia" , and added myself into this territory.
under the schedule board, i set the territory to be filtered by "West Malaysia", but there is nothing shown up.
if i remove the filter
Do recommend to me if anything is wrong.
after some investigation, it seems by adding member into territory is not working for field service. For field service we have to add them into Resource Territory.
