I want to assign Incident to my work order, When my primary incident gets deleted We want that secondary incident takes the place of primary incident.
But I do not see any option on how to make this possible. Do anyone has any idea on how to perform such activity.
You have to Create a workflow or plugin that executes on delete of Incident and search it's associated work order. If work order found then associate it with secondary incident.
We tried plugin, But we are getting error at time of update of entity, By trace I was able to see that value is getting assign, but update is not happening.
And regarding workflow, We have Sub grid for Incident on our work order form. So can you let me know how to get that value into primary incident field.
There is a field on WO Incident called Is Primary. Have you tried to update this?
Whit Workflow I don't see a way without using third party community tools or a custom action. Have you thought about Flow?
