I was wondering if there was an easy way to add the "Service Account" information on the Schedule Board. Currently I see only 1) Work order # and 2) Duration. I do see the Service Account when the mouse is hovered over. I would like to configure the app to show the information without the hover option.
Sure you can do that. You need to edit the booking template for the Work Order.
