i am verifying which of approaches will work better for our requirement and have below questions on URS
We have a Customer Service center that sends representative to for an in Home appointments to do on-site evaluation for installations, the representative's can have many different appointments in different places throughout the day, and we don't want to schedule them to be in two places at once, or give them two appointments with no time to get from place to place.
we are looking into URS as possible solution, as the scheduling board and map look good for our requirement and will sync out to the representative's outlook calendar. According to forum i read that URS is available for Customer Service.
I have been testing the Syncing of URS Booking to Outlook calendar and Lead Activities appointment from sales Module. URS booking syncing is taking about 20mins - 30mins where as the Activities appointment is syncing within a minute or 2.
My questions are below
1. Is there way to improve in sync time frame on URS
2. Is there a way to sync representative's available time slots from Outlook to URS schedule board( This is ideal scenario when representative's have any other meetings,private appointment or on a day off).

The feature of synchronizing the URS bookings with outlook calendar has been deprecated and may not be available going forward.
