After upgrading our Field Service to 8.8, I am unable to create any Work Order from the mobile app. If I try to do the same using the web (UCI), it works fine.
I get this error. Does anyone has an idea why is that? Am I missing something here?
Net.RescoSoapException: Server Error: The work order number must be unique.
If anyone wants a full log, I am happy to share it.
Just tested this on FS v8.8 and it works, even in offline mode, though the recommendation would be to be online b/c creating a WO involves a lot of server logic. The WO number gets populated after saving (online) or syncing (offline).
Have you provided a WO yourself on FS Mobile (manually or programmatically)?
