We are trying to read InventorySiteOnHandEntity(Data Entity) from Power Apps, but getting an error while trying to add this entity as data source in Power Apps.Attached error snap here.
Can you try if you get the same error if you use this entity using the Excel add-in? If so, it might be a bug. Are you running on the latest application and platform? You can also check LSC Issue search for possible known issues and hotfixes.
Hi Andre ,
Thanks for your valuable time.
We tried it with Excel add-in, it works fine. We are using version 7.2 , PU15.
Do you have an option to check it with the Spring 2018 release (version 8.0)? There are a lot of improvements on data entities.
I will give a try with Version 8.0 and will update you.
I tried with Version 8.0 PU 15 but no luck.
Possibly, you can create an incident for Microsoft Support.
Thanks for quick suggestion, do I need any partner login to create incident.
You need a login that is associated with a support plan.
1) There is the free "subscription" support that comes with each D365FO subscription. This is the slowest support. You can create support cases with the same account that you use in D365FO.
2) Your partner might have their own better support plan. In that case the case must be created with an account that is associated with the partner
3) Your organization might have a better support plan. Some support plans such as Premier Support are associated separately for each user. So then you would need to get associated to your organization's premier support plan.
