I have an item that has unit conversion for 4 EA = 1 PL, then I have 12 EA in my purchase order.When starting to receive it in mobile, I entered quantity of 3 PL (or 12 EA), then goes to the batch screen where I need to fill every time each PL (in this example, going through this process 3 times) and if I enter (in the batch screen) 3 PL or 12 EA, then trows the error "The quantity is not valid."

Please know that the moment you go over the defined pallet quantity, system is going to ask you for license plate (can be auto-generated) and batch number. Don't see a way to skip per pallet qty batch number entry.
The only option to receive 12 EA and only specify batch number is when you receive all 12 EA on single LP, for this to work you need to select "None" on your menu item grouping policy. The only time system will allow you to change the quantity on the batch screen is with grouping of "None".
If you want to receive 3 LP's, you have to provide the information 3 times. From warehouse user perspective that make sense as you are actually scanning the batch number on the LP's. However if you are just using the mobile app to receive the LP's sitting in office, then it's a different ask but can result in wrong data entry.
