we are facing a strange issue, the data entities are missing in the production environment where they are present in the staging and test environments?
what could be problem?
the staging is identical to production in terms of configuration, where can we check the data management setup part of data management workspace?
any suggestions and solutions is greatly helpful
Are the missing entities some standard ones or your custom entities? Or are all of them missing?
Anyway the first thing to do is to refresh the entity list from Data management framework parameters.
Well first thing you check is if the refresh is done through entity parameters or not most probably it is not done.
To get the newly developed or updated entities in your data entity list, you need to refresh entity list (Workspaces -> Framework parameters -> Entity Settings -> Refresh entity list) as other suggested. And if you still don't see them, see if you are getting any error message in your action center after refreshing the entity list.
there were no custom entities all were out of box, thanks for instant replies
