I have switched on the automatic reservation of stock for my sales order.
Lets say I have 5 in stock and I order 7. 5 will be reserved and 2 will be on order.
When i get stock back in, is there a process/batch/task that needs to be run in order for the 2 on the sales order to be reserved automatically?
I know i can go on the line and reserve it manually.
There is no other additional task that needs to be run. Once get stock back in, system will automatically reserve remaining quantities for you when you select automatic reservation in Accounts receivable parameters.
You can test it in test environment.
