Any body has idea on "EDIWHSLicensePlateLabels" entity available in D365. I am not seeing the entity in AOT list. But
one company is able to use this entity through OData and push data to D365. How is that possible ?
Are you referring to one company in your environment which is able to use it? Or are you aware of another customer with this entity?
This is not a standard entity. Thus it might be a customization or part of an ISV solution. What is per your knowledge the intention of this entity?
As Andre mentioned, this should be a custom entity. In addition, there are no other entities that start with EDI and Partners/ISV's typically use these kind of naming convention to keep all their entities together.
Thanks for the reply. Yes it is custom entity developed by one company. Actually they developed the entity and deployed in production without putting in dev or test. We are another company and we only have access to DEV/Test. That's why we could not locate the entity.
It is not possible to deploy without putting it in a sandbox first. At least not when you are using the cloud based version. I do think it is a huge risk to deploy it without merging it in your DevOps and without verifying it in test. You should not allow other companies doing it in this way. You have to contact them and let them do it in the correct and managed way.
