To my knowledge there is no comprehensive list available because even though those countries are in the EU, local differences exist for example when it comes to special tax regulations, payment formats, etc.
A good starting point is this page here and the information provided for the different countries.
If this is not sufficient, I would recommend getting local D365FO consultants involved. Otherwise, you run the risk to miss out on important configurations that might cost you more later on to fix.
I do agree with Ludwig that there are differences per EU country. For sure, I would recommend to hire local consultants to have all country specific requirements setup correctly.
