the case level button is disabled, when I try to create a new case process, is there any setup issue?
Is there any documentation for case management configuration setup?
Is there any permission setting in this form? Are you entering as an administrator or another role?

Thank you, im the administrator, there is no additional permission setting. i'm following the same link, but im stuck at case level point.
Could you check if this case process have been used before? If so, you cant create a new level for it and please create a new case process.
