When I click the Field Service tab in HoloLens I get the following message: "We can't load the list of available guides.Please check your internet connection."
To make things worse I can't go back to the other (Recent and All) tabs where I can see my guides, which basically forces me to restart Guides and remember not to click in the Field Service tab.
Is this a known issue?

I actually get this when following the steps as documented in the official Microsoft documentation:
So I basically associate a guide to work order service task; the work order is assigned to the technician that logs on to Dynamics 365 Guides in HoloLens as an operator.
And indeed, even if I don't create a work order, and have nothing assigned to the technician, I get the same experience - the technician can basically not click the Field Service tab - if he does he'll basically have to start over...
Thank you for the context yvesk. We found a bug that causes both these issues to occur. We are planning to release a fix in our next monthly release, around end of January. Does that work for you?

I've got the same issue.
PC/HL App Version: 400.2004.24002.0
Dynamics 365 Guides Version: 400.0.0.18
I can't load Guides through FieldService and can't go back to Recent/All
Edit: I found my failure. I hadn't assigned FieldService-Resource role to my Guides Operator. Now it works.
