We need to upload several documents on 900 employees in Dynamics 366 Talent now HR.
Any key how to do this as a mas upload instead of one by one on each employee?
I had the same question for D365 talent, as far as I could gather there is no OOB data entity that will handle this. It will also depend on where your data will be stored (Sharepoint or Azure blob storage). I think the only solution for this is to have a developer build a custom process for this.
Dynamics 365 Human Resources is not allowing to deploy customizations other than implementing is via CDS, Power Apps, etc.
A support for document attachments via data entities is something that would require development effort from Microsoft.
I found an existing idea here: experience.dynamics.com/.../
You can also vote up to get this on priority list of the Human Resources team.
I found another idea which better fits this requirement: experience.dynamics.com/.../
Thank you very much André. I have placed my votes :)
