According to Microsoft statement I should be able to recall approved time entries in PSA versions 3.x. I have PSA version 3.9 and I'm not able to recall approved time entry. When I choose time entry to recall and provide a reason and then click OK I get info below. My time entry has not been invoiced and that's, according to MS, only reason why time entry cannot be recalled. Did anyone have simillar problem and solved it?
You actually need to have the approver go to the Approvals sub-area, go to My Past Approvals and Cancel Approval. If this resolves, please mark as such. Thank you
I know that and I am an approver for this project, but this is a different issue. I cannot request a recall for approved time - from what I gathered this option should be possible for a worker, not only for an approver, right? And, like I wrote, I'm in My time entries and the message shows after I click Recall record:

Just found it myself! This option had a bug in my version of PSA, it was fixed in 3.10 version - cloudblogs.microsoft.com/.../ . So, there was a bug on Microsoft's side, as usual... :D
