I am having difficulty getting the "Approve" button to function on the UCI. I have added the "Project Approvals" entity to the app and the site map. When i load into the view, I can see the time that needs to be approved, however, when i click approve nothing occurs (no error or load). When i select "Reject" however, i get a script error attempting to call the getRejectionComment function. I believe i am missing dependencies in the App or potentially attempting this upgrade too early. We are currently running PSA version 126.96.36.199. I cant find documentation stating i am attempting this too early per my installed version however it is possible.
Any feedback to this issue would be great!
I suspect you will get the same error in the Project Service app from Microsoft. I had exactly the same error. it is a known issue. Try contacting Microsoft Support and they will share with you the resolution. Or you could compare JS files on all forms for the project approval and time entry in Sandbox and Live if only one is affected. I hope this helps a bit.
My understanding is that V2 of PSA was never meant to be compliant with UCI. V1 and V2 use classic web client and V3 uses UCI. I know that V2 can be run on UCI, but when I tested it last year, it didn't really work. This naturally may have changed - I would open a Service Request with Microsoft to get this confirmed.
