Hi.. I am unable to see the tool tab with annotations while I am in a call with a person on the Hololens. It is working fine on my Windows 10 laptop but the tab is not visible on my school iOS desktop. Is there a specific reason for this?
You are experiencing this situation because at this time the Remote Assist app supports Microsoft Teams for Windows, not Mac. However, if you are using an iOS tablet or phone, you should be able to successfully use Remote Assist by using Microsoft Teams for mobile.
