I'm trying to create a template for an order confirmation email for sales orders created in an online channel with dynamic content. I'm using standard %placeholders% and data from the sales order header (%customername%, %salesid%, %modeofdelivery% etc) are showing in the emails as expected, but data from sales order lines (%lineproductname%, %lineprice% etc) are not working - just the placeholders are shown in the emails.
Am I using the wrong placeholders or is it impossible to show data from the salesline table in email templates without customzations?
