I try to import Activities with multiple recipients. For example, a letter with multiple contacts in the “to” field. As this is a field of the type partylist, I can´t just put the names of the contacts in the import document (Excel). Does anyone know how to import activities like the letter, with multiple recipient, and without a third-party tool?
I`m using the newest version of Dynamics 365
Thanks for your help!
AFAIK importing activity party using excel is not possible. You have to use some third party tools to achieve this.
You can also write your own custom tool using SDK.
Thanks Ravi, I think I will write my own custom tool...

Ravi is correct. It is not possible with excel, and since you mentioned you don't want to use 3rd party tools, your only option would be to write custom code to create the records.
The below sample code from MSDN will guide you on how to create records with Multiple receipients (activity party lists) using C#.
