Hi,allI'm now using the trial environment of dynamics 365 for sales.
I want to set up the hierarchy for campaigns, but I don't know how.
Is it necessary to customize for realizing it?
To create a Hierarchical relationship for the Campaigns follow the steps below -
1. Go to Customization > Customize the system and Open the Campaign entity
2. Create a new 1:N relationship with the Campaign entity itself and set the Heirarchy to Yes. You can call this as Parent Campaign. Save and Publish
3. In the Campaign entity > Hierarchy Settings > select the new Parent Campaign relationship
Create a new Quick view form with the fields you need and save and publish
4. Now you have the hierarchy for Campaigns with the Parent Campaign relationship.
Hope this helps.
