Does anyone know of a way to capture the case resolution details in a workflow email? I want to capture the resolution details and send them to the user in a case resolution notification email. Can this be done with just an email template? I appreciate any input.
Not possible without custom code or 3rd party dll like discussed here: community.dynamics.com/.../248414
Or duplicate the fields in Case to use it in WF.
Unfortunately you can't trigger a workflow on case resolution. You would need to write a plugin on create of case resolution to achieve this requirement.
