I've turned on the D365 AI For Sales - Analytics and D365 AI For Sales - Connection Graph from Add0ins and services. However, I'm not able to turn on Talking Points. I've also setup D365 AI For Sales from Settings and it all went well.
I see a generic error when trying to turn on Talking Points. Anything that I'm missing?
I just tried and 'Talking Points' works normally in my instance. I haven't configured any other settings. Could you share me your Org url in private message or you could create a service ticket in Admin Center to escalate the issue on your own.
I'll just provide you my URL but I couldn't find you. Would you mind sharing your email address of just sending me an email so that I can reply back?

Sorry. I just saw your reply and I raised a Service Request and would help you to escalate the ticket to Dev Team with your Specified Org Url. You could remove the above reply with the url to ensure your Instance security.

Should Relationship Insights have been installed from the D365 Admin Center?
I got it!!
It was Sales in-sights that was not installed on the instance.
Finally that went through.
I'm not sure if Relationship Insights was the reason or Sales insights add-on was.

Thanks for your update. e... I think you could mark yourself as verified as you post the problem and I will close the ticket for you.
While I have another question, all 'set up' panel should be displayed until the Sales Insights installed. Why could you see the 'Talking Points'? I could only see the 'Overview' and 'Relationship Assistant' if I uninstalled Sales Insights.
So for me, when I enabled the AI For Sales below Embedded Intelligence, I was able to see the rest of the options like Predictive Lead Scoring, Notes Analysis etc. Have you tried enabling the AI For Sales below as well?
It took several hours to get installed.
