I have multiple account entities with same name, when i try to create a new contact entity(subgrid) inside account form, the lookup filed in the subgrid that populated accounts based on its GUID shows warning "more than one match found".
How to solve this issue without having to delete the duplicate accounts as each of them have a unique GUID.?
You could turn off duplicate detection rules to solve your problem. You could refer to this user guide.
Go to Settings > Data Management.
Choose Duplicate Detection Settings.
Clear the Enable duplicate detection check box.
This way, duplicate data is not detected every time a new record is created.
In addition, since this is a problem about Sales, not about AI for Sales, I recommend that you move this post to Dynamics 365 for Sales Forum or Dynamics 365 General Forum.
