Can anyone explain why the behaviour of a Closing Responce has suddenly changed - I notice these 4 things:
1) Survey activity (the invitation activity) field "Closing Response" (linking to the Survey response) is left blank
2) The Survey Activity is no more closed when a response is recieved (I checked the field on the survey, and I have remembered to set this to Yes)
3) If the "Account" field on a Survey Activity was filled out when sending out the invitation, this was automatically rolled over to the incoming Survey Response - now the account field is blank, even when a Survey Activity has filled out the Account field.
Anyone noticed the same things - and maybe can advise me if I should create my own processes now or wait until Microsoft reenables the behaviour from the past??
I would be very interested in the same. I've noticed that when we create a Survey Activity and associate it a contact the survey response we get back is no longer connected to the contact. I thought I must've been missing a step since this was in relation to a new survey and workflow I had designed.
