Here is the screenshot (in France) about the "Task reminder workflow". The goal is to prevent salers when an open task is arriving to the due date. (<= 7days).
Then i have thoose "waiting status" in the "treatment session" tab.
Someone can help me ?
Because of the the Wait until condition the workflow will get in Waiting status on creation of the task.
This does not help me at all .. :-) Can you be more explicit please ?
