Do we have a list of phrases we look for in Talking Points? Can a customer add additional phrases to capture those interactions? Thanks, Amy Caine

These are based on our NLP models that detect intent so there aren't exact phrases but based off a learning set.
With the current release we aren't providing the ability to extend these phrases/models.
I would be interested in learning what are the type of phrases you want to add to understand your scenarios better.
