My users see only 50 and not more records on the Opportunity view whereas there are many more opportunities. When they click on the alphabet, they see all the opportunities but when they click on All, they see only 50. I have checked that via charts and they see all the records, but again in the view, only 50. We use Chrome browser and have cleared the cache. Any guidance is highly appreciated.
Yes, if I set 250 records per page, the records are shown. However there are many more than 250 records. It still shows only as 1-250 of 250 but it should be 1-250 of 1000
Are you referring to the next page button being invalid? So you can't see records other than the first page.
Could you provide your D365 version and region? Are a few users or all users facing this problem?
Hi Lu! Thank you for bringing this out. Yes, I see that the next page button is invalid and also the number of records is still limited to 50.
We use D365 v90, Europe, Middle East, Africa
All users have this issue.
This issue may be related to the customization of your D365.
Could you try the next page button in the advanced find?
This may require checking the logs in your system to find the reason, so I recommend that you raise a Microsoft support ticket for professional help.
Will raise the ticket in this case. The next page button is grey on the Advance find view as well.
Just to know anyone interested that MS support are trying to replicate the case on their support instance. Will keep you posted.
