I'm having an issue regarding a deleted custom activity entity.
I created a custom activity entity, but then it was noticed that it was not needed and I deleted it, but when we go to the activities menu to create a new activity, in the menu the reference to that activity still apears.
This is the newest interface of Dynamics 365
April 2019 updates ativatedServer Version: 9.1.0000.5426Client Version: 1.3.1838-190604-185432
Does anyone has any idea how to remove this reference?
Thank you very much for sharing this issue.
I tested it in my environment and did encounter it.
I have raised a Microsoft support ticket and I will follow up here if there is any progress.
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a bug and will be patched in the future.
The cause of the issue is "Sometimes the RibbonClientMetadata JSON stored in the database for an entity did not update as expected after a solution install or uninstall".
If you are anxious to get a fix for it, please leave a message here and I will provide you with a mitigation solution.
