Hey guys, im kind of a new in Dynamics 365 . so i sign up for the one month free license to set up the sales module.
However , im doing some customizations and i need to go through sales settings, However i've found i've couldnt find the sales settings tab to do that. im logged as a System administrator so i dont think is role or permissions problems.
below i sending a snap of my settings windows and i think it lacks some things at least sales settings.
Please if you have face the same issue , give me some advice.
With the new Unified Interface everything is an APP. To navigate to Sales App follow the steps below
Once in sales hub you can switch between Groups
i followed your advice , but still i cant see the settings tab .
If you see after the dyn 365 tab, the only option that i have is sales hub.
What options do you see when you clieck arrow next to Dynamics 365?
these are the option that appear next to dyn 365 tab.
Have you tried other options available there? Try 'Dynamics 365 - custom' as this is the default app and will have everything by default.
You may still not see Setting if the Dynamics 365 - custom' is displayed in Unified Interface. For this you need to open settings using the Advanced Settings option under the personal setting icon on the top right corner.

In the latest upgrated of D365, it opens in Unified Interface as default, so we could not find the "Settings" in the sitemap as we used to do.
You could find the "Advanced Settings " in the upper right corner of the page. Click on it and the instance will open a new tab to shwo the Settings.
And then you just need to go to Settings->Customizations->Custom the System to edit your sales app.
BTW, you could also close the default configuration of Unified Interface so that you could easily find Settings in "Dynamics 365 - cumstom" app.
Go to Settings->Administrator->System Settings and find "Enable only the Unified Interface" option and set to "No".
