Is there any way to map the attachments and data from the 'Notes' section in Opportunity to the specific Work Order converted from that Opportunity?
Unfortunately, there is no OOB way to do this.
I suggest that you could create a custom plug-in with C#, when creating work orders from opportunities, copy the note from opportunities to work order.
Here is the sample code about how to add note to records.
string entitytype = "incident";Entity Note = new Entity("annotation");Guid EntityToAttachTo = Guid.Parse("FDA93807-4EF3-E711-80F2-3863BB2E34E8"); // The GUID of the incidentNote["objectid"] = new Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk.EntityReference(entitytype, EntityToAttachTo);Note["objecttypecode"] = entitytype;Note["subject"] = "Test Subject";Note["notetext"] = "Test note text";service.Create(Note);
Hope it helps.
