We recently upgraded our D365 to the unified interface and now when we're in a contact and open the 'related' menu, 'opportunity' is listed 3 times. Once under 'common' and twice under 'sales' and only one of them actually links to the opportunities. Is anyone else seeing this?
Does your system has multiple relationship between contact and opportunity?
Did you try to remove the unwanted items from the form editor?
You see the actual relationship from form editor itself
'Related' menu is actually the relationships in the form navigation.
1. Go to Settings > Customizations > Customize the System, enter Entity > Contact> Form, double-click the Contact main form.
2. Click the Navigation button on the command bar, the list of entity relationships on the left is activated.
3. Find the two extra Opportunities and click the Remove button. Save and Publish.
