I am moving my salesforce data to dynamics. My question in salesforce we have contracts and order data but in dynamics we just order entity and contract entity is not in sales area. so how to migrate salesforce contract data in dynamics?
Please provide suggestion.
The contracts entity in Dynamics 365 is being deprecated so this should not be used - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/developer/contract-entities
They have been replaced by entitlements, however, entitlements are used to represent a level of service e.g. - A customer is entitled to 100 hours of support per month.
I personally would create a custom entity to represent the contracts in Salesforce and rename the out-of-the-box contracts entity in Dynamics to something else.
Thanks for the suggestion.
