I have the following businness task: A contact can works or be a part of more than one company. In each company, contact has a primary email(can be the same for all companies), bussiness phone number and position. My question is which is the best option to store this info into crm? I will use clickdimensions to send emails to contacts
1. To create two or more contacts. Each contact append to correespondtly account. With connections i can add the role between contact and account
2. To create an intermediate entity. In this entity i will store all contact's informations.
I think number 1 is the best option because i will be able to use emails in clickdimension. I'm right or there ia another option to achieve my goal?
Hi Oscar Dominguez,
You can create a singular contact record with the contact details and link it to multiple account records by making use of the already existing account_primary_contact One-To-Many relationship or by creating a new One-To-Many relationship between the Account and Contact entities.
I think the same as you.
In your business task, Account and Contact have the N:N relationship, so using connections and intermediate entity are the only two OOTB ways.
In order to use clickdimension, I agree that option 1 is better.
