I don't manage to connect to my CRM system : https://crm.example.com
I have to add /main.aspx to manage to connect to it : https://crm.example.com/main.aspx
I am using Dynamics 365 for Sales v9 on-premise
Thank you in advance for your help!
Do you have errors?
You could create a bookmark to take you directly to https://crm.example.com/main.aspx.
I would suggest to create a desktop shortcut or as suggested by Adrian bookmark the url.
Yes I have this:
Here is the complete behaviour:
1 - I try to connect to https://crmdev.example.com/copieProd which is a copy of our production instance for dev purposes
2 - I get redirected to an ADFS 3.0 page to log in
3 - I am redirected to https://crmdev.example.com with this error message
4 - I add manually /main.aspx to the last URL and I access to it
What I would like to have is this simple URL without adding "/main.aspx" (I know how to set a bookmark but sorry I am not interested in this solution)
This issue may also happen, if claims/IFD is not setup correctly. So, to confirm if it's claims/IFD setup issue or problem with CRM itself, you can try to disable claims and IFD from Deployment manager (followed by IISRESET) and then try to access CRM and see if it works or not.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Try to add an URL redirect rule for your crm website in IIS.
