Good day! I just want to know why Marketing Campaign is not included in Sales Hub? Sales Hub only has Quick Campaign.
Thank you in advance!
You can create campaign from navigating to Sales Hub -> Marketing lists -> Click on related and then select campaign to create a campaign for associate marketing list
Adding a link for reference: docs.microsoft.com/.../create-edit-campaign-using-app-marketing-sales
There are a few ways you can use Marketing campaign.
1. From marketing List as suggested by Akash.
2. Add a Campaign to the Sales Hub.
May I ask why is Marketing Campaign not visible in Sales Hub menu unlike in Sales Web application?
This seems to be a design change in UCI so that a campaign can be created with the associate marketing list.
There is no campaign in the OOB sales Hub App. You need to add it in the Sales Hub App.
As, D365 for Marketing is a separate solution in D365, So OOB you will not get any App for Marketing. Only basic marketing incl. in the Sales Hub App.
