Hi, I have been trying to export the template for data import. However, the file is blocked which cannot be oppened or saved or saved as. Anyone knows why? It seems something blocking. Thanks

Kindly check your browser settings. Try after clearing cache as well

First open the settings of the Edge, search for "download", open Automatic downloads, and see if your D365 organization is added to the Block.
Also, please clear Edge's cache.
If you use Edge to download files from other websites, or download file form D365 in another browser, will it be downloaded successfully?
