I really love the features of the activity feed! However I d like to see the owner of tasks etc. rather than the one who last edited it. Can I change the view within the activity feed and if yes, where und how?:)
Now it shows me in the top line but the tasks is assigned to somebody else...
Unfortunately, there is no way to do it.
We can only change the fields that appear in the timeline activity. For example, in your screenshot, replace "wfqf" with the owner of this task.
Go to Advanced Settings > Customizations > Customize the System, expand Entites > Task, edit the card form.
Move the Owner filed below Subject field. Save and publish.
Then edit the entity main form which has tineline.
Double-click the timeline component, we will see its properties.
Under Activities tab, select Display activities using to Card form, then select Task and Task Card form. Save and publish.
In this way, the Owner field will appear in the timeline task.
In addition, in the timeline properties, I would recommend you select Display activity header using to Default format, so that in the timeline task, the title will become "you midified the task" instead only your name.
it works! :))) Thank You!!
with your description I now even managed to get the owner in the bar. :) I just changed it in the header...:)
Moreover, I was finally able to explain the entire activity feed to my business partners and came back with them asking how to remove the following activites from the task overview. Do you know how to get this change done?:) I just want to have task, call, mail and meeting as activities from the quick selection...
