Do you know if an Appointment that has several salespersons invited (that has the Outlook App), is it possible that the Appointments get tracked multiple times to the same records by different users to CRM? Or is it only possible that an appointment only is tracked once against a record? A question to avoid duplicates..
It is not possible to track meeting invites. You can only track appointments where you are the organizer so this will not be a problem for you.

When multiple attendees track the same appointment from Outlook to D365, there will be only one appointment record in D365, and the Owner and Organizer is the creator of the appointment.
